For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 calendar days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Custom made orders are not returnable. If there are any issues with your product, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it. We may, without prior notice, change the product/services; stop providing the product/services or any features of the prodcuct/services we offer; or create limits for the product/services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the product/services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
